6. How long is the treatment?

Initial treatment sessions usually last up to an hour and a half. This is to do postural and biomechanical assessments and go through a thorough client health or injury history. 7. How often do I need to get a treatment?

The number or frequency of treatments depends on clients conditions and needs. They can range from several sessions a week to once a month. Therapist will advise on the necessary frequency and provide reasoning but ultimately it is the client's decision.
