Covid 19

Please note, practice precautions regarding Covid-19 will stay the same despite the recent lifting of restrictions. This is based on the advice of the SMA and GCMT in accordance with PHE guidance for healthcare settings (see below):

COVID-19 Health & Safety Processes:

  • I will be wearing regulation PPE during treatment. That is an apron and a surgical mask.
  • All surfaces in the treatment room will be thoroughly disinfected after each patient.
  • There will be a 10-15 minute gap between treatments to carry out the cleaning mentioned above and ventilate the room.
  • Payment will be accepted through the booking system only or via direct bank transfer.

How you can help?

  • Wear a mask. If you don’t have one, I am happy to provide it on your arrival.
  • Please sanitise your hands as soon as you enter the clinic. This will be provided as well.
  • As much as possible, please aim to arrive on time and avoid arriving too early in order to avoid overlapping in the waiting area.
  • Towels are available but please bring your own if possible (bath sheet size or larger) to limit any contact with items in the clinic.

**Whilst I follow the guidance from Public Health England (PHE) and my professional associations to do everything possible to keep the environment safe, an absolute guarantee of protection is not possible.

These measures are to keep us all safe and as much as possible, maintain peace of mind. The standard of treatment will not be in any way affected. If you have any suggestions or questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please note: We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or postponed within this period will be subject to the full treatment fee.
